We want your holiday to be very enjoyable. A full list of terms and conditions will be sent with your booking form. Below is a summary of the main terms and conditions of booking.
SUMMARY OF KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation We will hold your provisional reservation for 7 days. If we have not received your completed and signed booking form with the deposit within 7 days, we regret that the reservation will be cancelled.
Deposit A deposit of £250 per week booked is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the tariff must be paid at least six weeks before the start date. If your holiday begins less than six weeks from the time of booking, the full tariff is payable on booking.
Cancellation In the event of cancellation less than six weeks before a holiday begins, the whole tariff is payable unless the property is successfully re-let. With more than six weeks' notice, the deposit only would be forfeit.
Change of Date If you request a change of dates after you book we will try to accommodate your request. However, if we cannot do so we will inform you. If you cannot honour your booked dates it will be deemed that you have cancelled the holiday booking and any resulting charges will apply.
Arrival and Departure All holidays start and finish on a Friday (except by prior arrangement). Tenancies commence at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure. Arrivals or departures outside of these times are ONLY ACCEPTED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT
Hirer’s Obligations The hirer agrees:- to pay for any losses or damages to the property; to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at departure; to permit the owners or their representatives reasonable access to the property; not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party listed on the booking form; not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description. not to cause nuisance to our neighbours use the property only as a private residence for a single household
Liability The owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
Governing Law The contract embodied in the booking is governed by English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Complaints We try to take every care to prepare our property to a standard whereby our visitors will enjoy their holiday. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please let us know immediately. Contact details are left in the apartment. Every effort will then be made to assist you. It is frustrating for all parties if you write after your holiday to tell us about a problem that could have been solved had we known at the time. All correspondence to:-
